The Airuite Q6G pure electric flushing vehicle is designed for maintaining sidewalks, non-motorized vehicle lanes, back alleys, municipal gardens and residential communities. It combines a front high-pressure row flusher for road dirt with a rear high-pressure water gun for litter bins, garbage cans and small advertisements.
- Chassis — Integral riveted longitudinal and transverse beam frame in high-strength automotive steel, with cathodic electrophoresis for rust and corrosion resistance.
- Body — Fully enclosed cab with transparent glass on three sides, a front stainless steel bumper and a high-strength metal body for visibility, safety and durability.
- Battery — 76.8 V / 300 Ah lithium iron phosphate pack (23 kWh) with intelligent protection board and CAN communication.
- Pump system — High-pressure water pump with 72 V / 4 kW motor, handheld spray gun, side flushing and direct flushing.
- Running system — Recirculating ball steering with electric power assist, hydraulic H-type dual-circuit drum brakes, electric differential rear axle.
- Flushing device — Handheld spray gun, front row flusher and side spray mechanism.
- Waterway system — Roll-formed plastic integrated water tank, high-pressure hose, self-resetting hose reel and quick-connect adjustable spray gun.
- Safety — Anti-runaway seat.
